If you do not know your Vendor Identification Number for the claim for payment voucher, then please call 1-518-457-7737 and have your federal tax id number handy because they will be able to look you up that way to give your Vendor Identification Number. You can’t use your Federal tax id number for the claim for payment voucher because you will not get reimbursed.
